~Today the kids (Pat, Kristin, Charlotte, and Kaleb) spent the morning at John Wesley High School. They got to talk to many different classrooms of kids, and they even sang and danced with them. Then they looked all around the high school, before joining the rest of the team at the work site. We dug more of the porch and started on the footers. Some of the team started on the steel work for the footers as well. It was an extremely hot day today. Everyone was very very tired, so we left a little bit early. Today was backstreet boys shirt day for the kids and the interpreter. They tried to recreate the picture on the shirts, but it didn't turn out so well (see bottom picture). We have heard a couple of really huge helicopters going over twice. Wonder what those were about? All in all...alot has been accomplished in two days, and the whole team is getting ready for bed to start another busy day.
